What is the Forever Bottle? The Forever Bottle is your refillable aluminium bottle - either a 500ml pump bottle for the washing up liquid or a 500ml trigger spray bottle for the all-purpose cleaner. It's built to last. You buy it once and refill it rather than replacing it.

How does the refill work? When your product runs out, you order a refill pouch rather than a whole new bottle. For the washing up liquid, you pour the refill directly into your Forever Bottle. For the all-purpose cleaner, the refill is a concentrate , you add water to the bottle first, then add the concentrate. No new bottle, no new pump, no unnecessary plastic.

How many times does a refill fill the bottle? This depends on the product. The Rhubarb Washing Up Liquid 1-litre refill fills your 500ml bottle 2 to 3 times.
The Geranium All-Purpose Cleaner is a concentrated formula - one 1-litre refill makes up to 10 full bottles once diluted with water. That's a significant amount of cleaning product from a single pouch.

How long does a refill last? For a typical household, the washing up liquid lasts several weeks per bottle. The all-purpose cleaner concentrate, diluted to make 10 bottles, can last months depending on how often you clean.

What do I do with my empty refill pouches? Collect five empty pouches and contact us at hi@coltandwillow.com. We'll send you a prepaid postage stamp so you can post them back to us for recycling. We'll handle the rest.

What is the Forever Bottle made of? 100% recyclable aluminium. When it eventually reaches the end of its life, it goes in your household aluminium recycling.

What surfaces is the all-purpose cleaner suitable for? Countertops, door handles, highchairs, kitchen surfaces, and most hard surfaces around the home. We recommend spot testing before use on varnished, lacquered, or natural stone surfaces. Apply with a damp cloth and follow with a microfibre cloth for best results.

Why do some products have safety warning symbols? Because we're legally required to display them, and because we'd rather be transparent. Some ingredients -including the geranium essential oil in the all-purpose cleaner - can cause irritation if they come into direct contact with eyes or skin. The symbols are there so you handle the products with care, not because the products are dangerous to use normally.

How long do the products last? Both products have a shelf life of 18 months when stored correctly.

How should I store them? In a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep pump and trigger lids closed when not in use.
